- نابێت هەژماری کەسانی تر بەکاربهێنیت
- دەبێت ڕاستەوخۆ هەر چالاکیەکی گومانلێکراو ڕاپۆرت بکەیت

تۆ بەرپرسیاریت لەسەرە بۆ:
- هەموو چالاکیەکان لە ژێر هەژمارەکەتدا
- پاراستنی زانیاریەکانی چوونەژوورەوە
- نوێکردنەوەی زانیاریەکانی هەژمار
٣. داواکاری و پارەدان
نرخەکان
- هەموو نرخەکان بە دینار (IQD) نیشاندراون
- نرخەکان لەوانەیە بگۆڕێن بەبێ ئاگادارکردنەوەی پێشوەخت
- تاکسی زیادکراو لە کۆتایی نرخەکاندا (ئەگەر بکرێت)

ئێمە ئەم شێوازانە قبووڵ دەکەین:
- پارەدان لە کاتی گەیاندن (COD)
- گواستنەوەی بانکی
- کارتی بانکی (ZainCash، کارتی باڵا، هتد)

٦. کارتی دیجیتاڵ و کۆدەکان
گرنگ: بۆ بەرهەمە دیجیتاڵەکان:
- گەڕانەوە یان گۆڕین دوای گەیاندن ناکرێت
- کۆدەکان دوای بەکارهێنان چالاک دەبن
- دڵنیابە لە دروستی کۆدەکە پێش بەکارهێنان
- کێشەی تەکنیکی لە ماوەی ٢٤ کاتژمێر ڕاپۆرت بکە
٧. بەکارهێنانی قەدەغەکراو
تۆ ڕەزامەند دەبیت کە ئەمانە نەکەیت:
- بەکارهێنانی خزمەتگوزاری بۆ مەبەستی نایاسایی
- پێشێلکردنی مافی تایبەتمەندی کەسانی تر
- دابینکردنی زانیاری درۆ یان چەواشەکار
- هەوڵی نفووزکردن بە سیستەمەکانمان
- هەڵسوکەوتی خراپ لەگەڵ ستافەکانمان
- بەکارهێنانی بۆت یان ئۆتۆمەیشن
٨. مافی تایبەتمەندی
ئەمانە موڵکی تایبەتی GSM KOYA یە:
- لۆگۆ، ناو، دیزاین
- ناوەڕۆکی ماڵپەڕ
- وێنەکان، ڤیدیۆکان
- کۆد و سۆفتوێر
کۆپیکردن یان بەکارهێنان بەبێ ڕێگەپێدان قەدەغەیە.
٩. سنووردارکردنی بەرپرسیارێتی
GSM KOYA بەرپرسیار نییە بۆ:
- زیانی ناڕاستەوخۆ یان لێکەوتە
- زیانی لەدەستدانی داتا یان سوود
- کێشەکانی خزمەتگوزاری دەرەکی
- هەڵەی بەکارهێنەر
- بووچوونی بەکارهێنەرانی تر
١٠. گۆڕانکاری لە مەرجەکان
ئێمە مافمان هەیە ئەم مەرجانە هەر کاتێک نوێ بکەینەوە. بەردەوامبوون لە بەکارهێنان واتە قبوڵکردنی گۆڕانکارییەکانە.
١١. یاسای جێبەجێکراو
ئەم مەرجانە بە یاساکانی عێراق کۆنترۆڵ دەکرێت. هەر ناکۆکیەک لە دادگاکانی هەولێر چارەسەر دەکرێت.
١٢. هەڵوەشاندنەوەی هەژمار
